SoftExpert Suite provides a component that allows for managing knowledge bases and their respective articles. 

With SoftExpert Knowledge base, it is possible to create several repositories, grouping articles by theme. The gathered information can be used to solve problems, reducing unnecessary requests about the same situation.

What are its characteristics?

When accessing the component, you will see it is divided into the following menus:

Configuration Menu used to perform the initial system configurations. It is used to configure the permission profiles and the alternative languages.
File Menu used to create the knowledge bases and their respective articles.
View Menu used to perform advanced searches in the SoftExpert Knowledge base records through the use of specific filters.
